SPECIAL PROMOTION CONTEST
Time: The promotion period begins at 0:00:00 on December 7, 2010 (Pacific Standard Time) and end at 23:59:59 on February 2, 2011 (Pacific Standard Time).
Prize:
1. 5 First prizes: Apple Ipad
2. 10 Second prizes: 1000 minutes to call Vietnam
3. 20 Third prizes: 500 minutes to call Vietnam
4. 40 Fourth Prizes: 100 minutes to call Vietnam
With a minimum purchase of $25 or more, a customer will be awarded ticket(s) to enter a drawing for the prizes
above. Each customer is entitled to a number of tickets based on the amount of purchase.

For each qualifying purchase by a Customer lottery ticket(s) is/are automatically generated in the customer’s account. The ticket will be
automatically generated only when a customer makes a minimum purchase of $25. The tickets are no transferrable.
The drawing will be on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at the company’s headquarter or such other place to be determined by the company.
Additional Terms and Conditions
1. The contest is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. Winners must verify ownership of the winning phone numbers with documents such as telephone bills or telephone contracts. If a telephone number was selected
for a prize, but the owner cannot show proof of ownership, the company reserves the rights to retain the award for 60 days. If after 60 days and there is no
claimant, the company reserves the rights to award the prize to the person currently using that phone number if sufficient proof have been shown, or to
cancel the prize.
3. Prizes will be awarded at the company’s headquarter. All winners are solely responsible for payment of any taxes on any prizes.
4. If the company cannot locate or contact the winner(s) in good faith after 60 days from the date the winner was announced on our website, the
company reserves the rights to cancel the prize
5. Prizes that are waived, forfeited or not claimed by any winner for any reason will not be awarded in the contest and will remain the property of the company.
If any winner is disqualified by the company for any reason, the company reserves the right in its sole discretion to either select a substitute winner
at random or to retain the applicable prize as the company's property.
6. Except where prohibited, participation in this contest constitutes each contestant's consent to the publication of his or her name, voice, biographical
information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.
7. By participating in the contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the company and its affiliated companies and all of
their respective officers, employees and agents, for any injury, loss, or damage which may arise out of the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from
the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize
8. By participating, contestants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and the decisions of the company, which shall be final in all respects. The company
reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest as solely determined by the company
