Commonly, this problem happens when either the wireless signal of
mobile service from the caller or the receiver is not reliable. It also
considers other issue such as: bad weather, during holidays may cause the
disconnection or bad quality. If the problem still occurs, please report this

The system only required the pin number when your phone is not
register or the phone already registered with a block Caller ID. To solve this
problem, please TURN OFF CALLER ID BLOCK or press " 82" or use Toll Free:
1-800-909-9890.
